Heyy guys and galss.. apparently its my turn to share... to begin witth, i didnt know what to share really and decided to pray first for the musical cos obviously, everyone is gonna see it. The props we are doing do not look professional at all and mostly its becos we cant spend a lot of money so must D.I.Y. I am praying super super hard that it wont loook as bad as i feel it is. I stumbled upon dis verse that caught my attention. Psalms 31:24. whether i interpreted it correctly or not, I believe that God was trying to tell us to have faith in him and not to hesitate in what we do cos he'll be there to guide us. In hebrews 11, the whole chapter talked about the people who had faith in god who didnt give up and continuously trust god in crucial times. But still even as i speak, i am still in doubt that the props stuff would look good... romans 5:3-5 has however managed to convince me that I should still carry on and not give up faith for god would not dissapoint me.
On sunday, Joel alked about friendship and support. i found a verse. Ecclesiates 4:9-12. This verse is super awesome. It tells us what true friends really do for each other. As he says also, it is who we choose to be our friends. Friends keep us happy in what we do. Ecclesiastes 3:12 speaks something i truly believe in and that we should be happy in what we do and that we should strive for a sinless life even though it is impossible.
In all we do, we should all remember God has the end in mind for us. Just like the lesson Joel did on the story of Asaph where things made much more sense when Asaph looked back.
Keep growing in christ!! Pray! Pray! Pray!

Heres this weeks lesson for those who missed it =).Why is support so important? Think about it. If a lame person didn’t have the support of his wheelchair, how would he get around? If a child didn’t have the support of his parents, would he be able to survive, getting food and water as an infant? Everyone has weaknesses, and that’s why support is so important. To cover our weaknesses, and, to help us tide through times too hard for us to handle alone.God wants us to support one another too! 2Corinthians 1:3-6 Praise be to God and father of our lord Jesus Christ, the father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows. If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation. If we are comforted, it is for your comfort which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer.Okay, so how do you even get a friend? You choose one. You make the first step, You. You are the one who goes forward, takes the initiative to talk to the person, share a bit of yourself with the other person.
(John 15-15) I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead I have called you friends, for everything I have learnt from my father I have made known to you. You did not choose me but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit- fruit that will last.I was thinking about what it meant to support one another, when I looked at the cell blog. The phrase that has become so associated with our cell group. Friendship sour estate. It started out as friendships our estate, and somehow twisted into friendship sour estate. And it struck me. Friendships, true real friendships, should be based on love for each other. (John 15:12) This is my command: Love each other as I have loved you. We all know that love is wonderful, love is great, but love is more than just a tingly feeling you get all over your body when that special person walks past. Love calls for sacrifices, for caring, looking out for each other, for support. Friendship sour estate. We share everything we have, even through the most sour lemony times. John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. Now let me tell you something. God chose us. He chose the imperfect man to be his friend, came down, sacrificed himself on the cross for us, just to support us in our time of need, and then he left for heaven again. All he did on earth was this, SUPPORT, SUPPORT, SUPPORT, SUPPORT, SUPPORT. He did it sometimes harshly, with reprimands, sometimes with compassion, providing for us. But ultimately all for us, to aid us, help us. And in the end, he died, just for us. He gave us the ultimate sacrifice a friend can give. I’m not asking you to go say HEY!, Lets go kill ourselves cause its good. No, I’m saying at least build up that relationship in cell, bond with one another, support one another, and learn to have that understanding and respect that is crucial in a friendship.Understanding, respect, trust, and love. With only respect, we can only gravel at the achievements of others, but never get close to them. With only understanding, we will understand what the other person lacks and needs, but never have the motivation to help them, or look at them as an equal. With only trust, we can only rely on others, but never really get to know them as a real person. With all four, (Love encompasses all the other 3 really) we have a really strong friendship, that understands, is patient and faithful, believing in them to do the right thing, sees them as an equal, and allows for sacrifices. Hebrews 4:14-16: 14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. They knew that Jesus was the son of God, respected him as a great high priest, understood that he had been tempted and yet was without sin, and trusted him to deliver them, and help them graciously in their time of need. So, who do you choose to be your friend today? I choose you. I put my blood, my sweat, my work, my love into building you up, and making you into a stronger better person. I hope you can do the same, and show Christ's compassion and love for one another. I hope that you can build each other up to be one unit, one army of Christ, that functions together, sacrificing and support one another the whole way.In his love,
-J

"I'm beginning to wonder if there are any fish in this bay," said Dad, as he baited his hook with yet another worm. He and Sara had been fishing in Jabber's Bay for nearly two hours. "We'd better catch more than we have so far," he said with a chuckle, "or Mother will have us take her out for dinner." Sara laughed out loud as she looked into the pail of fish they had caught that morning. two little fish were certainly not enough for dinner.
Sara and her dad had been quiet for a while when he noticed that their boat had drifted closer toward the shore. "Hmmm," said Dad as he began reeling in his line. "We better get back toward the middle of the bay. We may damage the boat if we get in too close to those rocks along the shoreline."
Sara also reeled in her line. She watched as her father rowed away from the shore. "I can't believe how quickly we drifted from the spot where we started," she said as he pulled hard on the oars. Soon they were back in the middle of the bay, fishing again.
"You know," said Dad after a while, "I've been thinking how much our spiritual lives are like fishing." Sara looked puzzled, ans Dad continued, "We were so busy fishing that we didn't notice we were drifting. And as Christians, we can be so busy with things of this life that we don't notice we've drifted away from the Lord."
Sara though in silence for a moment and then slowly nodded her head. "I guess it is easy to forget about the Lord sometimes," she agreed.
Dad watched as the water lapped against the side of the boat. "Yes," he answered softly, "sometimes it sure is easy. We need to guard against that."
How about you?
Are you so busy watching TV, playing with your friends or doing schoolwork that you have less and less time to spend with God? If you have drifted away from time spent with God, talk to Him about it. With His help, pull back from other things and spend more time on the things that please Him. It is hard but through Christ all things are possible! Just spend some time everyday doing your QT and praying!

BUT..
HOW DID GOD FEEL??
-we only think of ourselves.
-what about GOD???
=====================================================================GOD did show GRACE & JUSTICEJusticeGenesis 3:23- Justice was served- They were punished for their sins- Adam and Eve were banished from the Graden of EdenGraceGenesis 3:21 The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed themHE STILL CARED FOR THEM!- Garments of skin ==> come from where?? innocent animals!!!The INNOCENT dies for the GUILTY

hey guys. juz wanted to do some sharing. Got this message frm Pastor Pacer from miracle service 2dae
=====================================================================
FALL OF MAN &
GRACE OF GODFall of ManGenesis 2:25
The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shameThey felt NO SHAME????!!!
They still did not eat from the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil
- They still had freedom in GOD- They had a perfect relationship with GOD
- They were sinless!
- NOTHING TO HIDE!!
====================================================================
Genesis 2:16-17
God gave them only 1 restriction. ONE. not ten, not two thousand and certainly not a million.
NOT TO EAT from the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil
Human's nature:
e.g. a box in your room. it says NOT to TOUCH OR OPEN.
-Our normal behaviour would be for us to open it after some time due to curiousity. right?
- HOW LONG CAN WE HOLD OUT?
- The more signs, the more we would want to do it.
=================================================================================
Genesis 3: 1-10
the devil told both TRUTHS AND LIES! -- so as to make adam and eve believe (devil = sly)
1st case: serpent says Eve will NOT die
Truth: She will not die instantly (when we eat, we won't die)
Lie: we will die one day & adam will 'die' to sin
2nd case: serpent claims that God is intentionally holding back some of his blessings from eve, as He does not want our eyes to be 'opened'
Truth: our eyes will be opened!..
Lie: our eyes will be opened to sin, decay and death! & God is not holding back any of his blessing, he is trying to protect adam and eve from SIN!!!3rd case: devil is claiming that we will become like God if we eat the fruitTruth: when we eat the fruit. we are trying to say that we are a god because we defy him and make our own laws.
Lie: we will NOT become God. we are merely defying him and thinking as though we ourselves are a god
Sorry guys. post the rest tomorrow. only enough time to post about the fall of man. kinda late now. cheers and peace out (: come for the miracle service on saturdays if u are free :D
GOD BLESS :)

Luke 15:11-31 (read yourself ok? :)
Older brother-pharasies
younger brother-sinners
father-God
v29:you can always obey your father yet spiritually lost!!
The older brother is self righteousness(proud) and spiritually lost.
Dont just keep the rule, know the heart as well.
Younger brother is like a boy riding a scooter, whose blinded up and hit the fence. But God will always be there when you hit the fence no matter what. All you have to do is TURN AROUND!
Which are you?
Both brothers were wrong and lost.
God loves everyone!![irreligious/religious]
If you are lost like the younger brother, you knew it so just repent and be changed. But if you are lost like the older brother, yet you dont know. It would be worst than the younger brother who knew that he was lost.
God: Come as you as,and let my grace saves you!
We can easily becomes the older brother. And the older brother should be looking out for the young. Sometimes we forget abt reaching out when we are into what we are doing.
This message was from pastor Mark Corner, speaker for the 2nd day of FOP.
Follow the way of love and eargerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy.
