Hey guys.
We are officially doing the "Parable of the Lost Son" or more known as Prodigal Son. Read Luke 15:11-32 for more information
Meaning? Prodigal son, is a parable of Jesus about heaven and the sinner who repents. A young man leaves home and becomes lost and ruined, then repentant, he returns to be received with joyful welcome.
But we are only doing the skit till verse 24.
Here are the roles for the skit: (if you are uncomfortable and dont want them please sms me thanks)
Father: ? [Jason / Damian / Samuel]
Son : ? [Samuel / Damian]
Servant: Zheng Dong, Justin, ?[Hannah / Kiew Ray / Fiona]
Bad friends: Melody, Marcus Q, Jared (not sure if coming), ?[Kiew Ray / Fiona]
Farmer: Evangeline, ?[Jeremy]
'Lovely' Piggy: Lisa, ?[Damian]
Props needed:
1. Poker cards
2. Paperbag
3. Fake cash card
4. Fake money (e.g. monopoly)
5. Cardboard & Markers
6. Pig noses
7. Some sort of basin (for the pig to eat from) :O
For the acting and scripts, will tell you guys on saturday.
Here's the plan, we will meet about 2 hrs earlier be4 the outreach programme to learn the roles and script, kinda impromtu.
