James 1:2-4
consider it all joy...when you encounter various trails, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lackin in nothing
This week, we may encounter many ups and downs, but bear in mind that the downs may be times that God is testing you. We should not give up but perserve till the end. To do so, one many look unto the Lord as he is always there for us. We shoul all lead our lives right with God even through all those bad things that we have been though, even if they are really crappy, cos at the end of the Day God might be testing us, :) have a wonderful month ahead
